This valve lash, I am pretty sure was deemed harmless by the manufacture. I remember a while ago when this issue came up on here. Someone posted a TSB for it from Dodge regarding the issue and the fix. I googled for a while and came up with this

My car does this too when the engine is cold, then goes away. Been thinking about taking it in, but I hate letting anyone touch my car.
