Default CM S3 HOM Trunkmount, loads of knock still

Well I finally got around to getting the trunkmount installed. I set the min at 1psi the max at around 7-8psi. Went out and started to mess around with it. I had my laptop with me and the Coolingmist software installed to watch the graphs.

It seemed like everything was working fine. The graphs showed the correct boost, so I have the vac lines hooked up correctly. The graphs also showed the system was spraying, so I assume it was working. Just to be sure I primed the system before I left and I heard the pump working and what sounded like fluid in the lines.

No matter what settings I put the Vari-cool to though I was still getting loads of knock, on average maybe 5KR to 8KR at max. I tried multiple DAB settings, DAB 1 = 19-20psi, DAB 2 = ~25psi.

Could this possibly be "phantom knock". The only thing I can think of might be the coldside pipe hitting the clutch slave cylinder (or whatever is behind the coldside pipe).

Before the Coolingmist I tried putting in a full tank of 100 octane, but with that it kicked me out in the top of third, bottom of fourth. Never tried it with any octane higher than that.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
