Default Emissions Issues!

Okay lets talk about emmissions now i went to the inspection place and had the stage 3 everything they put the obd2 reader on the car and instantly after it connected up to the car . The computer relayed it back and failed me instantly i was like wtf.

Here what it displayed

OBDII DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES
-P0846 Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit Range/Performance
-P0871 Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "C" Circuit Range/Performance
-P0888 TCM Power Relay Sense Circuit

Thats it now has anyone ever had this happen before if so how did you solve it besides paying out. This is my plan to swap the injectors and swap back the the sensors back out and the ecu back out to stock reset the ecu and just drive it to the shop without flooring it and not have them put it on the machine. Is that a good idea???
