yes the fronts are 6 1/2"s. The whole door panel comes off. Three screws if I remember correctly. One at the handle to open the door, one at the handle to close the door, and a third in the indent where the dash sits when the door is closed. Pop the switch plate up and unplug it, then the door panel itself pops out and up. Speakers are held in with 3 screws. You may or may not need chrysler speaker adapters because of the way the speakers mount in the door (its been a while since I've done em in this car), but you will need to do one of the aforementioned ways for attaching speaker wires (NOT T-taps/scotch locks).
