Have you bought new front speakers yet? Because the front stage is more important than the rear unless you sit in the backseat a lot.

As for the wiring, all you have to do is buy these connectors that I am COMPLETELY blanking on the name (remembered!! T-taps!). Or you can do it ghetto style and just cut the stock plug off the wires and just use the wires into the speaker. Or you can splice into the harness at the headunit and run speaker wire if you are planning to amp them in the future. Or you can just buy an external amplifier which will make the speakers sound 10x better, and all you have to do is run speaker wire from the amp to the speaker.
