This time I lashed out simply because he was cool in PM's and had no issue with cleaning up a little bit of overspray, then it went to metal shavings showing up, this thread, ect...I just don't believe what he's saying. Then to say he threw a perfectly good turbo in the trash, come on man that just shows exactly the type of person he is. Who throws $200 in the trash? You know me man, I don't act like this ever with a customer, but if you read through you will see exactly how much BS is in this thread.

My turnaround time is an issue, and has been but product is always top notch

Yeah, I will help ya punch the customers a bit too. We all know there are SOME customers who complain just to get free shot or a better deal. You all know who you are....and it's a bunch of B.S. too. Then there are the bandwagon supporters who can't make a decision on their own so they join a support group of whiners....

I agree, I don't believe a good turbo was thrown away either. But, I can't see it from my house to know the difference. If it was thrown out...well....DUMBASS....

Anyway, keep doing what you do...just kick it up a notch.

BTW, some friends of mine are opening a new tuner shop out there very soon (really nothing to do with SRT's but I spoke with you a while back about SEMA and possible interest in distributorship for your stuff, this may come in handy). They are waiting on the business license still. Their 8,000 sqft shop is in the LA area, one shop in San Diego already. Maybe something can happen??? I may be out there in a week or two for the opening...you should check them out. I am certain there will be many of their shop cars present. Got or need anything srt parts wise I can bring out with me? I am looking for an Apexi AVCR if you know of any....I have a bunch of stuff laying around too. Still trying to get my spare engine built up...have a head coming really soon.
