Not only are you (PTP) trying to put the blame on anyone but yourself, you obviously still haven't learned about customer service and what it means. You do not give a shit because you already have their money whats 2 days to them right? I really think you need to take some business classes on how to run a successful business and what serving your customers actually means.
Its time for you to take a step back and reassess your customer service standards because
maybe 2 days is not a big deal to you but its a big deal to a customer that was told parts were shipping on that date.
