Maybe without paint. I wouldnt use just bondo. I would weld metal there and then bondo it. Its too big of a hole.
have a patch welded over it then sanded and painted a good body shop should be able to do this easy....you technically could take the fender off the car and drop it off with then and just drive with no fender till its done....
