You're having a plumbing problem, your pipes are leaking. You call me, a plumber, and say "When can you be here". I say "Oh, I should be there today" and I dont show up until three days later. Would you be pissed?
This whole situation could have been avoided if you would have made a little comment in your original thread saying that all the shipments were delayed due to a problem with the parts. Also, you should actually check your records before giving someone information. I'm willing to bet that mine probably would have shipped on Monday anyway, but because I'm making a stink about this you're bringing up the paypal problem.
No and I have had that happen, called someone else and they showed up to take care of it. It easier to fix the problem then make the plumber show up, find someone else to get it fixed.
Yes it could have been but you are the only that have a problem with it, go figure. So you want us to check all 20 + ever day when people call, no I will not do it nor will I have the office persons do it. I refuse to hold a persons hand if they have access to get the information themselfs. The customer becomes resposible at some point themselfs to verify "things" vs "assuming".
No, they would not have shipped. We have a system in place that keeps not paid or pending orders from shipping till full payment has been recieved. This is there for situations just like this. You are putting the full blame on us and I accept it 100%, that is why you got a refund.
