You delayed the shipment 2 days without notifying your customers. I was led to believe that the part had shipped on Monday, which would mean that I would have it in my hands by Friday. Friday is the only time I have to work on my car, until next Friday. I had planned this whole thing around the belief that the part would get here on time.
I guess for someone as big as you 2 days is not a big deal, but for the little guys like me that have a very small window of free time to wrench, its a huge deal.
OK, your complaint is getting old. Yours shipped the day after your payment cleared. That is not something I need to get, you paid a way that you know takes a while. This is not my problem, its yours but being the nice guy I refunded the money. You have a problem with that, wanna bet that the other 20 + people don't end up complaining about the delay time of 2 days or in your case one day.
Now here is the kicker, your going to have your parts by Friday. They shipped out priority mail Wed, and that normally means that you will have them in 2 days in NV. So this whole thing has been over you getting your parts on Friday and I bet that you end up getting them on that day.
So the whole idea of you not getting your parts in time might be moot, you should had made a big deal about it after Friday not before hand.
