You know I am sorry that you are pissed off, but I am glad that we were able to catch this before they all shipped, because I am sure you would have been really mad if after you received it we realized it was the wrong filter, then you would have had to send it back to us and that would have takin even longer. It was an honest mistake from the supplier and luckily we were able to fix it.

exactly. I would have gone to autozone and bought a new filter, sent you the wrong one back, and then kept the replacement you sent me for the next time i change my oil.
Hell, i would have bought it without the filter, i just need the hardware to get the car back on the road. You guys including a filter is just a bonus, its not some magical PTP oil filter nor is it the last filter the car will ever see.
I'm just pissed off because noone was notified, I was told that these would ship on monday and never heard anything else.
