They are the BoostJunkies TL retrofit. I supplied all the parts but the HID kit and labor. He did some great work on them for me! Sadly he's no longer doing retrofits. There is another website that I found that does Neon/SRT-4 retrofits but I haven't seen any finished product as far as our retrofit. Their other retrofits look amazing! The site is
