No grocery stores real close by, only gas station stores, but you can probably stop in Greenville. There is a Bloom grocery store right off the highway at the Mauldin Rd/Pleasantburg/Augusta exit complex off of I-85 (Do NOT take the mauldin rd exit off of I-385, we aren't going to come find you guys again if you do....
