because at idle there is not much vac in the intake but the intake mani has alot.....so the line from the pvc to the intake helps pull the vapors from the crankcase at idle and the line from the valve cover to the intake will help pull the vapors out under boost.....it keeps a free floating crankcase and should help gain some extra ponies and make the motor last longer
