Default KIT working?

i got the devils own kit
3 Bar
Mopar Stage2 W/O toys
AFC neo
bfmic
k&n cold air intake
hotside & cold side pipes
3" turbo back exhaust (side exit)
AEM wideband
Spike 23-24 fall to 19-20

i installed the kit and the a/f ratio went to 10.4
but tuned it to 11.4-11.8
and i really dont feel any difference.
i lose to this 1 white srt4 and all he has is the needswings downpipe open, boost controller spike 22 fall to 19, and a K&N intake and he walks me all day long.
i put the meth kit in and its the same thing.

someone please help

also
what is the stage0 ecu advantage overr the stage 2 cause i got alot more work then him and idk why he walks me.
3rd gear roll as soon as we nail the gas, he starts pulling.
