to drain the tank (a strip warriors best friend)

turn off the car
take the top off the fuse box, unplug the fuel pump relay
get back in the car, start it and let it die, this depressurizes the fuel system.
turn the key to off
get a gas can and remove the fuel line from the fuel rail.
put the fuel line in the gas can.
take the 10a fuse from your horn and use it to jump the fuel pump relay.
Turn the key to on and your fuel pump will drain your tank into the can.
reattach all relays, fuses, and lines.

FILL TANK WITH RACEFUEL AND PWN ON SOME V8

... or change your fuel pump
... or make a bonfire with the fuel
... or torture some cop duct-taped to a chair with no ear
