the way you put that kinda confused me but you cut the green with orange tracer at the coil.the black from the wotbox goes towards the coil then the red goes to the other side of the gr/or that you cut towards the harness. this connection will be closest to the coil. you can put the tach adapter an inch or two lower.if you put the tach adapter closer to the coil you will lose the rpm signal when you wot shift
