He changed his comment to asian and you were fine or if he would have made the same statement comparing US and Mexico.

Yes, I would have said the same thing if it were about Mexicans. So me knowing that ethiopIANS aren't clearly 'worthless' and knowing much of their history, the origins, etc, etc and saying he's a bigoted SOB make me a bigot? WRONG. There's a clear line between someone who UNDERSTANDS and is able to comprehend a certain people's history and someone who doesn't. I'm not going to point any fingers; there's plenty of them to point out any way so it's not too hard.
