So, here was the issue. I'd be cruising along, and come up to a long hill, and while driving up it, my VAC was around 0...after getting to the top of the hill, and shifting to 5th, my wideband would go rich to the 12's, and my RPM's would hang. I'd have to do a rolling re-start, and it would go back to normal.

I tried replicating the same thing the last two days after installing the walbro, and the issue is fixed
