Default note to self: fuel tanks can be heavy

I drove the car around until it was empty, or so I thought...my gas light was on for a good 20-30 miles and my paranoid self didn't want to be stuck somewhere without gas.

Dropped the tank to do the fuel pump, and ya, there was about 2-3 gallons still in there. So thankfully I had an extra hand there to get the tank back up when I was done...No I didnt think about draining the gas into a canister until I had it strapped in.

I'm pretty sure I fixed that fuel issue too.
So, here was the issue. I'd be cruising along, and come up to a long hill, and while driving up it, my VAC was around 0...after getting to the top of the hill, and shifting to 5th, my wideband would go rich to the 12's, and my RPM's would hang. I'd have to do a rolling re-start, and it would go back to normal.

I tried replicating the same thing the last two days after installing the walbro, and the issue is fixed
