mebcop, depends on what you want the shine to do after applied. If you want the shine to stay on the tires and not end up on your vehicle after driving, Adam's Vinyl, Rubber and Tire applied with a sponge will do just that. If you want to apply another product, go for a drive and end up cleaning it off the side of your car, I'll be happy to point you in some other products directions.
