that's cause you need about 1.5-2 grams of protein per 1 lb of weight minimum bud. Try taking in about 250 grams of protein a day and I mean protein from WHOLE foods like a shit ton of chicken/fish/steaks and eat a shitload of carbs and calories.
When I bulked up from 185-205 I was eating like 3500 calories a day and trying to get 300grms of protein in my and 200 grams of carbs.
