there are alot of how tos on youtube, basically you rev the car while its in neutral with the clutch out, if the clutch is out it will speed up the input shaft in the tranny, then you throw the clutch in real quick and put in gear before the revs fall, it'll go in real nice. the double clutch part comes from the fact you have to put the clutch in to get it in neutral, let it out and rev it, then push it in again to put it in gear.
