Not to sure but I think it is going to be stripped down and sold piece by piece....
At least that is the rumor around the shop.
that would make sense. My gf worked as a student putting stickers on the assembly line a while back and every time a car on the line had an excessive number of errors or it didnt start etc they would pull it off the line (crane it off) and strip it for spare parts, ie internals and such that were fine up to that point.
So it would come at no surprise if Chrysler shipped this wreck back to the viper assembly plant so they can salvage the parts off and use them on new vipers (say engine to back) and possibly even engine parts complete or in part.
The funny thing she said was that people pulled stuff for their own station like seats etc and then just used them to sit on while the line shut down since most cars have parts allocated anyways so there was no demand for the parts they just stripped. Im guessing thats how some parts also roll out of the plant. I told her to steal me a write off 6.1L motor but it hasnt come yet .... hahhaha.
So either way this wreck wont go to waste, whatever its worth it will be made up by reselling it without anyones knowledge LOL.
