Ure not gonna spend more than the car is worth to fix a pile of metal. Now if the motor is good, its golden which it probably is given that it didnt get run over by a tank.
So a good grease monkey can have her fixed in no time. Its probably still worth a lot even as is.
I wonder if this viper will turn into a vipic LOL like the civette. Thad be something to see.
