maybe my post was leaning toward a HUGE difference, but i remember saying that improved by about 20%. ohh and by the way you can usually find the silverstar ultras on sale from some place. i picked mine up for $30 at advance, very good deal. i'm legal and not causing a shit load of glare to other motorist. yes i knew it was illegal for HID in halogen housings and did not want to spend a lot of money on retrofits, and the halo projectors look good but perform badly i hear. good luck with your $70 dollar HID's. have fun with possible tickets and other motorist pissed at you with the GLARE
