i noticed a difference, especially with the foglights.

He did say he stayed clear of going HIDs without a retrofit because of the HORRIBLE glare they have in our headlights and for the fact their illegal in halogen housings. To do HIDs properly, buy the shitty halo projectors from ebay/modern or be prepared to spend like $700 on a retrofit (unless you buy the projectors and do it yourself).
