well people do see colors/brightnesses differently thats all i have to say but i think they do make a difference, there not going to be like HID's but i think they are better than the stock sylvania's.
They do light up the sides of the road a little better, but other than that they are basically the same as stock. Not worth the $50 especially when you can get a brand new HID kit for $72 shipped from vvme.com (that's what I got, now I'm just waiting for them in the mail).
