yeah, there names are stage II, e-blue rocket, fresh-srt, and tk motorsports in greensborough(PM him, hes a vendor here and a 1SG in the Army at Fort Gordon, bout to be a CSM he will hook you up).....

learn to tune your own car seriously, you can learn all the vehicle specifics from this site and us(good fuel pres to start with your mods, and a arround about area of fuel to be taking out) .... there a nissan shops, mustang shops, chevy shops, and crap shops(my bad, slow joes tunes hondas)....no one really is neon specific in this city which means you should tune your own shit.

What mods? What tuning device, ems, safc, neo, dtec?
