Hey guys thanks for all the input. The dealer let me actually take it home for the day so I got a few things to report back on.
1) I let the engine warm up and did pulls in second and third and never made it past 9 PSI.
2) Boost gauge is not sitting at 0 when idling/is at 0 when car is shut off
3) Dealer said boost ranges from 9 to 14.5? I said ok but I never make it past 9 and they did not really have a better answer.
4) Went and put 93 Octane gas in it before the pulls
