I had a simmilar issue, but my misfires were inconsistent. It sometimes misfired outside outside the normal cells of misfire. I had this consistently get worse and found somehow my .cal files were corrupting. Eventually loading the basemap all over again stopped working so I sent the ECU back to AEM so they could bench test it. They are still testing it now, but the day I took the AEM out my laptop crashed due to something with the USB port, so it could still be all my laptop's fault. I will update when AEM gets back to me on they're testing of my box.

PS....Car runs fine on stg2 ecu and SAFC.

You may also want to check the inlet screens on the injectors, I have RC750's and the screens clogged up so I removed them and installed a better fuel filter. That issue caused a simmilar situation for me a while ago.
