Check your plugs and wires. Get rid of the MSD coil, and reset your computer.
It obvious your boost is low.....thats why your HP is kinda low.
I also think your dyno operator is off his/her rocker...243 with nothing but an intake is a tad high. I think whoever ran your dyno fudged your numbers.
