yeah but if you have streched the brake cable it wont grab the brakes as well so maybe if you tighten it it will hold the brakes better for you
when im in my drive way i have to really pull up on mine so my car wont roll down the drive. thats the reason for me wanting to tighten it. we'll see what happens
