Drastic is giving you good advice. My personal opinion is that every car should have SCT no matter what you're running but if but if you don't want every little bit of power, and have someone that can get it for you, SCT is not worth the investment. You can get close to the same performance from using a piggyback. It takes some experience with PCM tuning to make much progress with the SCT software, and you can do some real damage if you don't know what you're doing.
