I agree, we all know David which is why it shocks me. But if the situation from the other guy's side of the story was true, then I can't blame him for going on other forums warning people and/or talking bad about him because he was out 1000 dollars afterall in a bad experience.
I could see posting it up in forums if he had tried to reach D on numerous occasions, but we dont know if any attempt of communication was made. By the sounds of it, the guy just let it blow over for 6 months before making a big deal out of it.
