the bulbs are polar sensative. pull the one out of the bottom center and turn the bulb 180 degrees in the socket then put it back in. then it should work
x2 if you read the instructions, it says exactly that, put the bulb in then put the cluster in if you have a dim spot you have a bulb backward. this happened to me last night. by the way you will love the lights once its all done
