I love Corgis!
I had a corgi/shephard mix (Lexi), but she was put to sleep on 3/6/07. Definitely one of the worst days (and weeks) of my life. She was only about 6, but the vet found a tumor in her stomach after she stopped eating for two days, and nothing could be done to save her. I still miss her a lot. I literally cried all day that day and had a hard time sleeping that week. She was the best dog I ever had and she knew at least 10 commands, very smart! She also loved to play hide and seek and fetch tennis balls and bring them back to me. One of the last tricks I taught her was to go get her leash anytime it was ready for her to be walked. No matter where the leash was she would find it, put it in her mouth, and bring it to me. Hopefully one day I can get a full bred Corgi, wither Cardigan or Pembroke.
When she was a puppy:

I get teary eyed just thinking about her.
