Get rid of: Compass, Avenger [current], Sebring [current], Magnum [sadly], Commander, Pacifica, Nitro, Crossfire [Thought they had, but it was at the autoshow!], and a few of the variants (Ram Daytona etc..). Viper will probably be on the list too, as bad as that'll suck - it had a GREAT run! 1992-2008? Sounds good for a concept turned product.
There's a lot of fat around the edges. In order to strengthen your core products, you have to cut your losses and concentrate on the ones that bring in the bacon.
