I don't deal with anything aftermarket for HID. However I do know where to get OEM grade components for a fraction of the cost you'd pay at the stealerships.

You won't have any issues with glare because your headlights reflector was designed for D2R HID use. It does not matter what brand of OEM ballast you get either. All of them will connect to a P32d base, which is what D2R and D2S bulbs are.
