I can't hear the video well right now...is the cyclic scan rate programmable? Any pause option? Once you set those parameters, the gauge remembers each time you turn on the car right?

If I'd upgrade my pro to a dual setup, would both gauges have this option?

Yes, the cyclic scan rate is programmable, and all you do is hit either button to stop the cycle at the current parameters. The gauge recalls the state when the car was turned off, so if you are in cyclic scan it will come back on and continue in this mode with the settings and parameters you last chose.
