NO, modular clutches, bolt to a flexplate, like a conventional automatic torque convertor. 4 bolts, just like my turbo 400, in my chevelle!!
A non modular, has a flywheel, that the clutch bolts to.
there is a difference, but I often called it a flywheel, or flexplate, but in my srt4, and a stock srt4, it's really a flexplate!!
