I am still using the older code(non high res) and have no hiccups. I had some, but that was tuning wise. I should have parts back on my car soon and will upgrade to the new high res. When I did my battery relocation we made sure I had lots of good grounds. We used 2-OT cable for everything....made real nice grounds and power cables. Not sure if that helped me out at all with the megasquirt, but just throwing that out there. As far as the megasquirt being grounded david did that.
