Mexicali is a somewhat boring city, its hot like hell in summer and very cold in winter, but there is a bull fighting arena, and some off road races, in the other hand, other bigger cities have much to offer, like Guadalajara, Tijuana, Mexico DF, Cancun Acapulco...
IMHO, Sex its great with mexican girls. About liquors, like everywhere...there are places with cheaper prices. A very good tequila, like DON JULIO or CORRALEJO will cost about 35 - 40 US Dollars a bottle.
