No it wont take away any CEL's..

Not hard .. just time consuming.. I would say an 8

It all depends on what you are looking for, and what will be in the Future for your car.. Big turbo, ect...

If installed correctly.. you wont have any problems what so ever...

Gains are minimal to the eyes with the mods you have.. you'll provably see about 5-10whp gain throught the power band.. minimal power changes but you'll fell it.. since you'll be bringing up the boost.. thats where you'll notice the diference.
