Go back through the settings in megatune to verify everything is reading right.

I think you have it, but you are not suppose to reload your existing msq. Export your tables and write down all your settings. When you upgrade the firmware then you have to manually go in and set your settings from what you wrote down earlier. Last import your tables. I heard that people have problems when attempting to use a msq from the older version.
