I had to a good laugh reading about nightmare dyno customers. I guess they're the same no matter where you are! And your breakdown of how a tuning session should go is pretty much dead on for how it was done at the shop I used to work at. Unfortunately I only got a taste of the SCT software before I had to leave the shop.
