You only need the boot jumper if its running the standard megasquirt code (not the "extra" code that you already have loaded). All you have to do is connect with the serial cable and run the "download-firmware.bat" program and follow the instructions.
Depending on what code you have loaded currently you might have to verify your settings when you move to hr_10d2.
K I am pretty sure that I am going to just cancel the dyno tune and upgrade. Since I have the v3.0 board with the ms1 extra I am assuming all I need to do is upgrade my chip for $20 or whatever it costs and then upload the new firmware? I will take screen shots of everything I have set in the current setup and export my tables to make it an easier transfer.
