K I am pretty sure that I am going to just cancel the dyno tune and upgrade. Since I have the v3.0 board with the ms1 extra I am assuming all I need to do is upgrade my chip for $20 or whatever it costs and then upload the new firmware? I will take screen shots of everything I have set in the current setup and export my tables to make it an easier transfer.
