Most likely not, but you can use a credit card to pay without having to create a paypal account.

This is a new program, and I would say that the veteran members who signed up for SRToc long ago got 3 or 4 years of benefits and only paid for 1 year of fees.

Unfortunately the software won't allow us to actually set the "time limit" to "lifetime" -- so 25 years is about the max it will show... but it is lifetime. We can extend it in 15 years
