Some of you may have noticed that we have performed a site upgrade and put a few changes into effect. There is a long list that we will be putting together to bring everyone up to speed but I wanted to make a quick post to discuss some of the more immediate issues that will probably impact your experience on SRTforums.com.
1. We finally have started a "paid/supporting" option. We've not had anything since the SRToc really died and we have something up. For now, all SRToc members still have upgraded privileges but we will be removing these soon. They were a yearly thing and everyone's subscription has long since expired... and then some.
The supporting member option gives you the ability to turn off the sidebar on all pages of the site. Non supporting members can only disable the sidebar on the showthread pages.
If you would like to sign up as a supporting member, the process is quick and automatic. Simply visit:

2. Some users may have noticed that there is now a sidebar throughout the site. If you would like to disable the sidebar on showthread pages, go here:

Scroll down until you see the "Sidebar on Showthread" and set it to disabled.
Those are probably the most immediate and pressing issues, but we will be doing some additional changes and adding additional features (for all users, not just supporting members) in the next couple of days. Stay tuned!
