Well I couldnt remember how we burned your code the first time around to my unit. I remember the guy I paid to install it had a huge time getting the code to burn. I was reading the MSnS-Extra Software Manual

It says something about opening the unit up so you can "short" the 2 holes marked boot loader? After the counter has reached somewhere around 1400 - 1700 depending on the code version, the display will show you the version you have burnt to the ECU and the battery voltage. This means the download is complete, so now the lights on the stim will start flashing again.
You have now finished re-programming the ECU.

I dont remember him opening up the box and checking that...

Edit: also looks like there are some new settings you have to go through in order to get this to work correctly going to the high res code. Being so close to dyno time on what I have right now....I would hate to go into this new code and be stuck.
